摘要
针对煤机制造行业液压支架柱窝常用材料ZG27SiMn和ZG30Cr06强度和塑韧性低、不能满足产品性能要求的状况,提出了运用多种强化机制,开发新型高强高韧低合金钢的途径和措施,以满足高端液压支架柱窝的需求。
Aimed at the status quo of low strength, plasticity and toughness of ZG27SiMn and ZG30Cr06 commonly used as needling materials of hydraulic support in coal machine manufacturing industry, so that difficult to meet the demands of product performance, the ways and measures to improve strength and toughness of the material for hydraulic support needling was put forward according to a variety of strengthening mechanisms to meet the requirements of needling performance.
