摘要
介绍了玻璃纤维工业中使用的铂基漏板制造材料的发展过程及特点,漏板的主要结构和组成构件的性质和作用,漏板的设计原则和方法以及主要制造方法、工艺流程和焊接方法,叙述了目前漏板研究中存在的问题和解决途径以及发展趋势。
The material development of platinum-based bushing for glass fiber industry was introduced in this paper.The different structure bushings were given.The components of bushing were introduced,and the functions of these components were listed in detail.The fundamental principles and design methods about bushing were discussed.Both the main manufacture method of bushing and the technical processes were given.The welding methods used in bushing fabrication were represented.At last,exist problems,solutions and development direction were discussed.
