摘要
弥散强化铂基材料是一种先进的结构型与高温型贵金属复合材料,并且是玻璃纤维漏板材料发展的主要方向。综述了弥散强化铂基材料的制备方法及其优缺点,总结了目前弥散强化铂基材料中存在的固溶强化、晶界强化及弥散强化的强化机理及其研究进展,介绍了弥散强化铂基材料的组织结构特点及其蠕变特征、常温高温下的主要性能、应用以及新的发展动向,为弥散强化铂基材料的选择、研究以及工业化应用提供了参考依据。
Dispersion strengthened platinum-based materials are an advanced type of structural and high-temperature precious metal composite materials, and are the main direction of development about the bushing for manufacturing glass fibres. In this paper the preparation methods of the dispersion strengthened platinum-based materials at home and abroad and their advantages and disadvantages are summerized. The investigations on the strengthening mechanisms of soild solution strengthening, grain boundary strengthening and dispersion strengthening in dispersion strengthened platinum-based materials are viewed. The organizational structure features, characters of creep, mechanical properties at the normal and high temperatures, the application and new development trends of dispersion-strengthened platinum-based materials are introduced. The result may be reference for the selection, research and industrial utilization of dispersion-strengthened platinum-based materials.
