摘要
伊维菌素是一种安全、广谱的抗寄生虫药物,目前已广泛用于人体及动物的抗寄生虫治疗。伊维菌素主要采用对阿维菌素选择性催化加氢来制备的。介绍了以铑、钌、铱及其配合物为催化剂,在均相或多相体系中对阿维菌素的催化反应,并对其加氢反应的条件、产率进行了比较。
Ivermectin is widely used in current anthelimintic therapy in livestock and human being due to its safety profile and broad-spectrum activity against endoparasites.Ivermectin is obtained by the selective hydrogenation of avermectins.In this article,we introduced the hydrogenation of avermectins based on rhodium,ruthenium,iridium and their complexes as catalyst in homogeneous and heterogeneous system,and compared their reaction conditions and yields.
