摘要
以[RhC l(COD)]2(COD:1,5-环辛二烯)和B ISB IS(1,1’-二(二苯基膦亚甲基)-2,2’-联苯磺酸钠)为原位催化剂,在水/有机两相催化体系中对阿维菌素选择加氢制备伊维菌素的反应进行了研究,考察了不同结构的阳离子表面活性剂,水、油两相体积,有机碱Et3N的添加对反应的转化率和选择性的影响。研究表明:双长链表面活性剂的催化活性优于双子表面活性剂,双子表面活性剂的加氢活性优于单长链表面活性剂;当水的体积为2.5mL,甲苯的体积为1.5mL时,加氢反应活性达到最高,转化率为85%,选择性为88%;三乙胺的加入有利于提高反应的转化率。
The hydrogenation of avermectin catalyzed by [ RhC1 (COD) ] 2 - BISBIS [ COD : 1,5 - cyclooctadiene, BISBIS : sulfonated 1,1' - bis ( diphenylphosphino methyl) - 2,2' - biphenyl ] in aquenous/organic two - phase system was studied. The influence of various parameters, such as the cationic surfactant structure, the volume of water and toluene, and the adding of Et3N on this hydrogenation were investigated. The results showed that the acceleration effect of double long chain surfactant was higher than that of the gemini surfactant, and the Gemini surfactant was higher than that of single long chain surfactant. The highest hydrogenation activity was obtained( conversion: 85% and selectivity: 88% ) when volume of water was 2.5mL and toluene was 1.5mL. The adding of Et3N could accelerate this hydrogenation conversion.
