摘要
作者合成了4种膦配体钌配合物,并将它们应用于催化阿维菌素的氢化反应中,研究了其催化活性与选择性,并考察了温度、压力和反应时间对催化反应的影响。结果表明,RuCl2(PPh3)3、RuH(COOCH3)(PPh3)3有一定的催化性能;当氢气压力1MPa,温度60℃,反应6h,RuCl2(PPh3)3的催化效果较好;使用钌配合物催化阿维菌素的氢化反应能降低伊维菌素的生产成本。
Four kinds of phosphine ligand ruthenium complexes were synthesized and they were applied as catalysts in the hydrogenation of avermectin. The catalytic activity and selectivity for the reaction were studied. The effects of temperature, pressure and reaction time on the catalytic reaction were reviewed as well. The results of the test showed that RuCl2 (PPh3 )3 and RuH( COOCH3 )( PPh3 )3 have some catalytic effects. When the hydrogen pressure was 1 MPa, temperature was 60℃, reaction time was 6h, the catalytic effect of RuCl2 ( PPh3 ) 3 was better. It provided a way to reduce the production cost of ivermectin by using the phosphine ligand ruthenium complexes.
