用人扁桃腺细胞免疫BALB/c 小鼠的脾细胞与小鼠NS_1骨髓癌细胞融合,得到一种单克隆抗体HI_(47)(IgG_3),能够结合家兔补体,主要与分化后期的人B细胞反应,还可与巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、内皮细胞及部分激活T细胞结合。HI_(47)识别抗原的分子量为37/35KD,其分布与CD_(20)相似。第四届国际人类白细胞分化抗原会议将HI_(47)命名为CD_(20)+X。本文还初步探讨了HI_(47)抗体抑制SAC诱导B细胞活化增殖的作用。
A monoclonal antibody H147 (lgG3) is obtained in our laboratory by cell fusion De-tween NSl murine myeloma cells and BALB/c murine spleen cells immunized with human tonsil cells. It is able to activate rabbit complement. HI47 is reactive with more mature B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, endothelial cells, macrophages and a subset of activated T lymphocytes. The molecular weight of HI47 antigen is 37/35KD. The distribution of this antigen is correlative to that of CD20. It has been characterized as CD20 + X in the 4th International Conference on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigen. Inhibition of proliferative response of B lymphocyte to SAC by HI47 is also observed.
