摘要
目的:探讨多肿瘤抑制基因1(MTS1)对卵巢癌细胞系增殖的影响.方法:绘制细胞生长曲线图,比较卵巢癌细胞系HO-8910(无p16基因的表达)与8910-p16(转染p16基因)、8910-pcDNA3(转染空载体pcDNA3)的生长特性;采用3H-TdR掺入实验比较3种细胞的DNA合成情况.结果:8910-p16细胞在转染p16基因后其增殖特性受到抑制,DNA的合成也随之降低,而8910-pcDNA3与HO-8910间无明显差异.结论:多肿瘤抑制基因1(MTS1)能抑制卵巢癌细胞系的增殖.
AIM: To investigate the effect of multiple tumor suppressor 1 on the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell line HO 8910. METHODS: By protracting the cell growth curve, we studied the distinctness of growth characteristics among the HO 8910 (no p 16 gene expressing), 8910 p 16 (transfected p 16 gene) and 8910 pcDNA3 (transfected the vector pcDNA3). In the meantime,we also compared the distinctness of DNA synthesis among the three kinds of cells. RESULTS: After transfected p 16 gene, the proliferation and DNA synthesis of 8910 p16 were markedly inhibited. There was no difference between the 8910 pcDNA3 and HO 8910. CONCLUSION: Multiple tumor suppressor 1 can inhibit the proliferation and DNA synthesis of human ovarian cancer line HO 8910.
