摘要
目的 研究抑癌基因 p16与肾盂癌病理分级、临床分期及预后的关系 .方法 应用免疫组织化学对 40例肾盂癌标本中抑癌基因 p16的表达进行检测 .结果 40例肾盂癌组织中 p16基因表达的阳性率为 5 2 .5 % ,其阳性率随肾盂癌病理分级、临床分期的上升而降低 ,p16表达阳性者 3a生存率明显高于阴性者 .结论 p16基因在抑制肾盂癌的发生、发展中起重要作用 ,其检测可用于评估肾盂癌的恶性度和预后 .
AIM To elucidate the correlation between p16 gene and tumor grade'stage、prognosis of renal pelvis carcinoma. METHODS Expression of p16 in 40 cases of renal pelvis carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS Total positive rate of p16 gene was 52.5%;the worse the grading and staging,the lower the presence of p16;There was a significant difference between p16 positive and negative cases in 3-year survival rate. CONCLUSION p16 gene plays an important role in suppressing the development of renal pelvis carcinoma and could be used as a predictor of malignant potentiality and prognosis.
