原鸡与文昌鸡杂交F_1代外貌特征与生长发育研究 被引量:2

Study on the Shape Features and Development of Hybrid F_1 Derived from Jungle Fowl (Gallus gallus) and Domestic Wenchang Fowl

摘要 试验采用原鸡(♂)与文昌鸡(♀)进行杂交,并对其F1代的外貌特征、体重、体尺等有关指标进行了观察和测定,比较了杂交鸡与文昌鸡的异同,研究了杂交鸡的外貌特征和生长发育的变化规律。结果表明,杂交成年鸡体羽颜色、外貌特征与原鸡基本一致,但杂交成年鸡的体型较大而稍长,胫色、耳叶颜色变浅并发生分离;杂交雏鸡的体重增长比文昌鸡慢,累积生长和绝对生长在第三周差异显著(P<0.05),绝对生长在第四周差异极显著(P<0.01);杂交鸡体尺指标较文昌鸡低,其中体斜长在第三周、第四周差异极显著(P<0.01);龙骨长在第四周差异极显著(P<0.01);胸宽在第三周和第四周也差异显著(P<0.05)。此外,两者除了在胫长和胫围的生长趋势相似外,其他体尺指标的生长趋势都不一样。 In this study, a hybridization was carried out between jungle fowl (Gallus gallus L.)(♂) and domestic Wenchang fowl(♀) and some relevant indexes of F1 such as shape features, body weight, body size etc were observed and determined.Meantime, a comparison was made between hybrid F1 and domestic Wenchang fowl.The shape features and development of F1 were studied.It showed that there was a rough similarity between adult F1 fowl and jungle fowl in feather colour and shape features, except that the adult F1 fowl were bigger and a bit long in body form, with the colour of its shinbone and ear-lobe becoming light, and colour separation coming about.It also showed that the body-weight increase of hybrid F1 chicks was slower than that of domestic Wenchang fowl, and there was a significant difference (P〈0.05) between the two in cumulative growth and absolute growth at the third week, and the most significant difference (P〈0.01) in absolute growth at the fourth week, and that the indexes of body-size among hybrid fowl were less than those among domestic Wenchang fowl.However, among these indexes there was the most significant difference (P〈0.01) between the two in oblique body-length at the third or the fourth week, a significant difference(P〈0.01) in sternal length at the fourth week, and also a significant difference in the width of chickenbreast (P〈0.05) at the third or the fourth week.In addition, there was a different growth-trend between the two in other body-size indexes, except that a similar growth-trend between the two was observed in shin-bone length and shinbone girth.
