摘要
组织切片方法是教学、科研、病理检验工作中广泛应用的一种实验技术.近年来对传统的组织切片方法进行了全面地改进试验研究,使组织固定完全,脱水彻底,透明适度,浸蜡充分,切片较薄,染色良好;不仅缩短时间,简化程序,节省药液,而且提高了组织切片的质量.
Technology of paraffin slice method for tissues is widely used in teaching, studying and pathological inspection. In recent years we have made an all-round innovation of this technology, which makes the combination of the fixation completely, dehydration thoroughly, transparence moderately, slice thinner and dye better. This technology shortens the time, simplifies the procedure and saves the liquor, but also improves the quality of paraffin slice.
