摘要
柄海鞘含有１９种氨基酸，包括９种必需氨基酸．氨基酸总含量３３２．１３ｍｇ／１００ｇ湿重，必需氨基酸为１０９．８０ｍｇ／１００ｇ湿重．所测１０种矿物质成分中Ｍｇ含量较高．柄海鞘提取物（ＥＳ）通过腹腔注射（５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重）可有效地抑制小白鼠Ｓ－１８０实体瘤的生长，抑制率达７２．１４％（Ｐ＜０．０１）．
In this paper 19 amino acids including 9 essential amino acids have been found in Styela . The total content of amino acid is 332.13 mg/100 g wet weightamong the rest, the content of essential amino acids is 109.8 mg/100 g wet weight; Ten kinds of minerals have been tested also and magnenium content is 128 mg/kg wet weight. The extract of styela can inhibite the grow of sarcoma S 180 in mouse by peritoneal injection (50 mg/kg body weight), the inhibitive rate is 72.14%. It has no limitition to the grow of mouse.
