海鞘提取物2-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-氧代乙酸甲酯的合成 被引量:2

The synthesis of methyl 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxoacetate from the ascidian Polycarpa aurata

摘要 目的合成从太平洋海鞘Polycarpa aurata中提取的天然产物2-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-氧代乙酸甲酯。方法采取实验的方法,即以苯甲醚为起始原料,经溴化制成Grignard试剂后,和草酸二甲酯在-40℃至室温反应2 h。结果得到2-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-氧代乙酸甲酯,产率71.1%,并用IR,MS,1H NMR以及元素分析进行了表征。结论所用实验方法,原料易得,和其他合成方法相比产率较高。 Aim To synthesize methyl 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxoacetate from the ascidian Polycarpa aurata. Methods Methyl 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxoacetate was prepared by the reaction of Grignard reagent of bromoanisole and dimethyl oxalate. Results The yield of methyl 2-(4-methoxy phenyl) -2-oxoacetate was 71.1%. Title compounds were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR, MS and elementary analysis. Conclusion The method of preparation of α-keto esters got better yield than other methods.
