摘要
设Ｒ是有１的连通交换环，且Ｒ上每个幂等阵都相似于对角阵，当２为Ｒ中的单位且ｎ≤ｍ时，确定了Ｍｎ（Ｒ）到Ｍｍ（Ｒ）的保幂等的线性映射的形式。
Let R be a connected commutative ring with 1 and every idempotent ma- trix over R is similar to the. diagonal matrix. When 2 is an unit in R and n≤m, the author determines the form of the linear maps from Mn(R) into Mm(R)that preserve idempotent matrices.
