摘要
旧城改造往往面临历史文化遗存保护与城市快速更新的矛盾困惑。文章引入国外比较成功的解决城市中保护与发展矛盾的文化规划概念,并以文化规划为基础,提出了基于文化规划的旧城改造模式。在此基础上,以开封市为例,将文化规划概念应用到开封市旧城改造中。最后,提出了基于文化规划的旧城改造模式成功实施的保障措施。
The urban old city reconstruction is usually faced with the conflicts of historical and cultural relics protection and urban renewal. The cultural planning concepts which solve the confusion of protection and development successfully abroad are introduced. Based on the cultural planning, the mode of urban old city reconstruction is brought out. On this basis, the concept of cultural planning is applied to the Kaifeng urban old city reconstruction. Finally, the safeguards which ensure the mode implementation based on cultural planning are put forward.
