摘要
以苯胺、聚硫橡胶预聚体为主要原料,采用电化学一步法原位复合,制备了聚苯胺/聚硫橡胶复合膜.用X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析方法考察了复合膜两个表面元素组成、相对含量和官能团类型,并用曲线拟合分峰技术对基本元素谱进行数学处理.结果表明,复合膜溶液面聚硫橡胶含量远大于电极面;电极面上部分聚硫橡胶中的硫原子被氧化成含氧基团;聚苯胺与聚硫橡胶在原位复合过程中,聚硫橡胶预聚体与聚苯胺分子链中的部分N原子或正电荷基团之间发生了化学作用.并分析了两者之间可能存在的复合方式.
A series of polyaniline/thiokol rubber (PAn/TR)composite films have been prepared by electrochemical polymerization in one-step process in the solutions containing aniline and thiokol rubber prepolymer. The elemental composition, the relative content and the types of functional groups for the two surfacs of the composite film were studied by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analytical method, and their peaks have been measured mathematically by means of the curve fitting technique. The results show that the content of thiokol rubber on the surface with the solution side of the composite film is bigger than that of thiokol rubber on the surface with the electrode side, and part of sulphur atoms of thiokol rubber on the surface with the electrode side are oxidized into oxyenic groups. A part of the terminal groups of thiokol rubber prepolymer react chemically with a part of nitrogen atoms or positive charge groups of polyaniline in the composition. Moreover, the composite patterns of polyaniline and thiokol rubber were analysed.
