摘要
采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基质材料,用盐酸进行掺杂,制备了聚苯胺(PANI)-PVA复合膜。考察了PVA含量、盐酸浓度、氧化剂过硫酸铵(APS)用量、反应时间和膜干燥温度等因素对PANI-PVA复合膜拉伸断裂强度的影响。实验结果表明,PANI与PVA可进行有效的复合,使PANI的拉伸断裂强度得到大幅提高,且PANI-PVA复合膜的拉伸断裂强度随PVA含量的增加而增大;在PVA质量分数40%(基于PVA和PANI的总质量)、c(HCl)=1.0 mol/L、反应时间为4.0 h、n(APS):n(苯胺)=1.0、膜干燥温度为80℃的条件下,所得盐酸掺杂的PANI-PVA复合膜的拉伸断裂强度达到最大值(60.8 MPa)。
The polyaniline (PANI) -poly ( vinyl alcohol) (PVA) composite film doped with HCl was prepared with PVA as matrix. Effects of PVA content, HCl concentration, oxidant ammonium persulfate(APS) dosage, reaction time and film drying temperature on tensile strength of PANI-PVA composite films were studied. The tensile strength of the film was improved greatly due to effective mixture of PANI and PVA. The tensile strength of the composite film substantially depended upon the mass fraction of PVA. When PVA content in HCl doped PANI-PVA composite film was 40% (.based on total mass of PANI and PVA), under optimal conditions of c (HC1) 1.0 mol/L, reaction time 4.0 h, n (APS) : n (aniline) 1.0, drying temperature of film 80 ℃, the tensile strength of HCl doped PANI-PVA composite film reached the maximum of 60.8 MPa.
