摘要
透明质酸是葡萄糖醛酸和Ｎ－乙酰氨基葡萄糖交联形成的一种高分子均聚糖．近年来，透明质酸作为一种可吸收的生物材料，已广泛应用于临床医学和化妆品开发．本文综述有关透明质酸的应用和制备研究状况。
Hyaluronic Acid is a high molecular weight homopolysaccharide composed of repeating units of glucuronic acid and N acetyl glucosamine. As an assimilable biomaterial, Hyaluronic Acid has found great uses in clinical medicine and cosmetics development. This paper reviews studies of application and preparation of Hyaluronic Acid, intending to provide useful information for further research.
