摘要
用动力学方法详细研究了Hg2+离子对漆树漆酶催化活性的影响.结果表明,Hg2+离子对漆酶的催化活性有明显的活化作用.这种作用是瞬时完成的,具有竞争性特征,活化剂常数Ka.为7.69×10-5mol·dm-3.在一定条件下,Hg2+离子可使漆酶的催化活性增加一倍以上.据我们所知,这是首次报道Hg2+离子对酶有活化作用,同时也是漆酶被活化的首次报道.

he result was that Hg2+ion had obvious activation on the catalytic activit
y of laccase.The action was completed immediately and had the character of compe
titive type,the activation constant Ks=7.69×10-5mol·dm-3.The
enzyme activity of laccase activated by Hg2+ion was twice than that of na
tive laccase under certain conditions.To our knowledge this is the first example
that Hg2+ion can activate the enzyme activity,and also of the fact that t
he enzymatic activity of laccase can be activated.
