摘要
本研究开发的灵芝(Ganodermalucidum)、金针菇(Flammulinavelutipes)和香菇(Lentinusedodes)发酵醪液可以液体菌种形式用于栽培,也可以经提制加工为营养液;作为液体菌种,定植及长速均优于传统工艺的固体菌种;提制的灵芝、金针菇、香菇营养液氨基酸及多糖含量分别达到11.12mg/ml及12mg/ml、13.05mg/ml及6mg/ml、18.51mg/ml及14.75mg/ml。动物实验证明,灵芝营养液具有抗疲劳作用;香菇多糖粉具有较好的免疫功能并能减轻环磷酰胺免疫抑制剂的抑制作用。三种营养液可用于食用真菌型饮品的工业化生产。
Our studies indicated that the mash of Ganoderma lucidum,Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes could be used as liquid spawn.It also could be used to produce nutrient liquid.When mash was served as liquid spawn,it began to grow earlier and running time was shortened compared with the traditional cultivation.The content of amino acid and polysaccharide in the extracted nutrient liquid of Ganoderma lucidum,Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes reached 11.12mg/ml and 12mg/ml,13.05mg/ml and 6mg/ml,18.51mg/ml and 14.75mg/ml respectively.Animal tests showed that the nutrient liquid of Ganoderma lucidum had the function of resisting fatigue,the polysaccharide powder of Lentinus edodes had strong immune activity and could reduce the inhibitory effect of cyclophosphamide.The nutrient liquid of the three large edible fungi could be used to produce drink.
