摘要
以牙刷植毛机凸轮为例,阐述了滚子摆动从动件平面共轭凸轮的设计方法.分析凸轮轮廓磨削质量的影响因素,提出与其适应的轮廓曲线生成方法;采用该设计机构的牙刷植毛机的效率和工作平稳性都得到进一步改善.设计了共轭精度检测装置与精度检测盘,其结构简单、操作方便.
The design method of the planar conjugate cam used in the toothbrush-hair planting about the oscillating roller follower is discussed.The influence factors of the contour accuracy in grinding processes are analyzed.The method to increase the accuracy grinding the conjugate cam is proposed.The efficiency and work stationarity are both improved using the toothbrush-hair planting with the cam mechanism.The testing implement of the cam accuracy is convenient for operation and direct measurement.
