Control and optimization of tuft surface automatic forming process

摘要 针对短纤维毛簇生产过程中人工参与度高而造成产能不足的现状,提出并设计基于振动方法的短纤维毛簇端面自动成型控制方法。首先,通过分析短纤维毛簇成型工艺,设计振动成型装置,并提出影响毛簇端面成型工艺的参数,既模具型面、激振力、时间及毛簇质量;然后进行短纤维毛簇端面成型实验,由技术工人判断,确定模具型面以及端面标准特征,进而采用毛簇尾部曲率对标准端面特征进行量化,获得表征参数;最后,采用响应面法对自动成型工艺参数进行优化,获得优化的自动成型工艺参数分别为激振力6.71 kN,时间1 min,短纤维毛簇质量25.25 g,并进行验证试验。结果表明,采用振动方法能够实现短纤维毛簇端面自动成型。 In view of the shortage of productivity caused by high manual participation in the production of tuft of short fiber, an automatic surface forming control process of tuft of short fiber based on vibration method is proposed and designed. First of all, through the analysis of the tuft of short fiber forming process, the vibration forming device is designed, and the parameters that affect tuft surface the forming process are proposed, including mold surface, exciting force, time and tufts weight. Then, the surface of the tuft of short fiber was formed, and the standard features of the die surface and the surface were determined by the technical workers. Then, the surface features of the standard were quantified by the tail curvature of the tuft, and the characterization parameters were obtained. Finally, the response surface method is used to optimize the automatic forming process parameters, and the optimized automatic forming process parameters are obtained, namely, the exciting force is 6.71 kN, the time is 1 min, and the mass of the tuft of short fiber is 25.25 g, and the verification test is carried out. The results show that the vibration method can realize the automatic forming of the tuft of short fiber surface.
