摘要
在高精度的共轭凸轮的设计过程中,需要实现其实际轮廓曲面的精确设计,解析法虽然可以精确计算出凸轮廓线上各点的坐标,但要得到完整的共轭凸轮实际轮廓曲面,需要编制复杂的程序。文章以摆动滚子从动件共轭凸轮为例,提出了利用解析法结合UG软件的参数化设计功能进行共轭凸轮实际轮廓精确设计的新方法。这一方法可以大幅度提高解析法设计凸轮实际轮廓的效率,使得整个设计过程更加精确简洁。
In the process of precision conjugate cams design,it is critical to get the precision design of its contour curve. Although analytical methods could exactly determined the coordinates of a cam contour,complicated programs are demanded to obtain actual cam surface contour. This paper takes the parametric design method as an example,which is proposed by UG combined with traditional analytical design methods. This method has been significantly promoting the efficiency ,making the whole design process more accurate and concise.
