中国经济型连锁酒店空间扩散类型及其规律——接触扩散与等级扩散的理论视角 被引量:34

On the Spatial Diffusion Types of China's Economical-type Chain Hotels and Their Regulations——Perspective from the Theory of Contagious Diffusion and Hierarchy Diffusion

摘要 本文回顾了接触扩散与等级扩散理论在企业空间扩散研究中的进展,提出并修正了企业空间增长的状态模型。研究发现,中国经济型连锁酒店有4种类型的空间扩散模式,并呈现出以下规律:(1)随着经济型连锁酒店的规模以及分布城市数的增加,连锁酒店空间扩散模式从非等级扩散型发展到等级扩散与接触扩散兼有型,最后到纯等级扩散型;(2)并购行为的发生使得连锁酒店往往具有等级空间扩散的特征;(3)中小型连锁以及后起之秀在大型连锁强势扩张的背景下,不得不"集中一地,密集发展",形成接触扩散模式,以保持在本土的竞争优势;(4)成立时间较短的连锁酒店,空间布局尚未完成,呈现出既非接触扩散也非等级扩散的特征。 The paper retrospects the progress of the theory of contagious diffusion and hierarehy diffusion in the study of business spatial diffusion, proposes and revises the static amendatory model of the spatial growth of businesses. The study finds that there are four types of spatial diffusion modes in China' s economical-type chain hotels with the following regulations : 1. With the increase of the scale of chain hotels and number of cities, chain hotels have developed from non- hierarchy diffusion type to hierarchy diffusion and contagious diffusion types in terms of spatial diffusion modes and finally develop to pure hierarchy diffusion type. 2. The occurance of merging acts enables chain hotels to have the characteristics of hierarchy spatial diffusion. 3. Under the backdrop of the expansion of large-scale chain hotels, medium-and small-sized chain hotels cannot but focus on one place to develop intensively so as to form contagious diffusion mode and keep local competitive advantages. 4. Pretty new chain hotels have not completed their spatial layout and present the feature of neither contagious diffusion nor hierarchy diffusion.
