摘要
由于CBD的强力聚集作用,区域内资金、人流、信息等要素均聚集于CBD,从而制约了CBD边缘区的发展。本文对位于南京市新街口中心区边缘的广州路进行了现状及其影响因素的评析,并在此基础上提出了CBD边缘区的发展策略。
The strong accumulation force restricts the development of the marginal district of CBD, because of the factors such as capital, human resources and information all flowing into the CBD area. Guangzhou road is near the central district - Xinjiekou area of Nanjing city. This article analyses the current situations of Guangzhou road, which is followed by the strategies of how to develop it.
