摘要
公共战略学作为公共管理领域的一门新兴学科,在国内的研究刚刚起步。本文首先阐述了公共战略管理的研究现状,然后从学科构建的角度分别论述了公共战略学的概念范畴、学科体系及研究方法,最后综合分析国际国内环境,提出了公共战略学的未来发展趋势。随着公共治理环境复杂性的日益增加,公共战略学的研究定能受到越来越多的关注,其学科体系也将日臻完善和科学。
Science of Public Strategy whose research just beginning is a new discipline of public administration. Firstly, the article expounds the situation of research about public strategic management. Then from the aspect of discipline construction, this essay introduces the conceptual category, science system and the research method of science of public strategy. At last, based on the analysis of situation home and abroad, the authors put forward the developmental tendency of the discipline. Along with the more and more complexity of environment, the research on science of public strategy will be concerned by more and more academicians, and its discipline system will also become more and more perfect.
