摘要
竞争的白热化使越来越多的企业遭遇到战略性拐点的挑战,面临着生死存亡的抉择,如何突破拐点,从而再次赢得战略性的竞争优势成为越来越多的企业关注的焦点和进行创新的动力。在重新定义战略拐点的内涵与特征的基础上,结合实际案例归纳了拐点致胜的关键因素,并提出了拐点致胜的路径图,为企业识别和应对战略拐点提供了一个概念模型和分析框架。
The acceleration of competition makes more and more enterprises confronted with the challenge attributing to Strategic Turning Point (STP). Faced with the choice between life and death, how to overcome the turning point and win the strategic competitive advantage in the second time becomes the focus of more and more enterprises and also the motive to conduct innovation. The paper, based on redefining the connotation and characteristics of Strategic Turning Point (STP), combines the practical cases to sum up the key factors that have an effect on success because of the turning point, attempts to put forward the path map of it, and then provide a conceptual mode and analytic frame for Strategic Turning Poing (STP).
