摘要
介绍一种基于UG二次开发的三段式大客车车架快速三维建模技术.利用大客车的平面设计效果图、照片、二维图纸快速建立车架线框后,在UG可视化环境下,设计人员通常仅需在线框上捕捉两至三点即可建立一个型钢构件,有利于缩短大客车车架的设计周期.
A fast three dimensional solid modeling technique for the three-section chassis frames of coaches has been established in the present paper. By importing the concept sketches, photos, or 2D drawings to fast establish the line frame for a chassis frame, a 3D solid model of a shaped steel component can be created by capturing only two or three points on the line frame in the UG visual environment. It certainly will short the design cycle for the chassis frames of coaches.
