摘要
根据喷钙脱硫系统开发和深入研究的需要,对于系统的关键部件——增湿活化装置,建立了能综合考虑装置内颗粒运动、水分蒸发、颗粒间碰撞含湿吸收剂脱硫的气-固-液多相反应器模型。模型可对增湿活化装置内烟温、吸收剂粒度、喷水量、[Ca/S]比、风速等因素对脱硫效率的影响进行研究。文章还建立了研究增湿活化装置脱硫性能的理论模型。
A mathematics model is proposed for simulating desulfurization process in CaO activation reactor of limestone injection FGD system.The effective factors,including particle motion,water evaporated,particle impact,aqueous sorbent reaction and so on,have been considered in this model.The effect of flue gas temperature,particle size,water injection,Ca/S molar ratio and gas velocity on desulfurization efficiency in CaO activation reactor can be studied using this model.This model can also provide reliable calculating method for engineering design.
