摘要
研究通过热重分析法和化学分析方法的联合运用 ,分析了喷钙脱硫产物之一——亚硫酸钙在不同条件下的稳定性 .经研究发现 ,Ca SO3在加热至 490℃时发生氧化反应 ,即在发生分解反应之前先被氧化 (隔绝空气下 70 0℃左右分解 ) .干态的 Ca SO3比较稳定 ,而潮湿态的 Ca SO3不稳定 ,极易被氧化 .因此 ,脱硫渣中的硫酸化物以硫酸钙为主 ,性质稳定 ,不会放出 SO2 造成二次污染 .
Stability of one kind of the products created by LIFAC CaSO 3 is measured by using method of weight analysis and chemical analysis. The results state that CaSO 3 is oxidized first before it decomposes when it is heated above 490 ℃.And at room temperature, dry CaSO 3 is relatively stable. But moist CaSO 3 is oxidized easily. Therefore, the sulfite of calcium produced by LIFAC is stable perfectly. It cannot release SO 2 to cause the second pollution. Findings of this study provide foundation for the further apply of the technique of LIFAC.
