摘要
炉内喷钙脱硫是最适合我国国情的烟气脱硫技术之一,其运行费用取决于钙基吸着剂的成本.本文用理论与工程实践相结合的方法,介绍一种通过研究钙基吸着剂吸硫反应动力学特性来预测吸着剂的吸硫性能及其经济性的方法,从而为选用质优价廉的吸着剂探索了新的途径.
Furnace sorbent injection is one of the flue gas desulfurization technologies most adaptable to Chinese Chinese concrete conditions. The operating expense of this process mainly depends on the cost of the calcitic sorbent. By using a combination of theorietical analysis and engineering practice and by studying the kinetic behavior of the sorbent in the reaction, this paper presents a method of estimating the sulfur capture and economic performance of the sorbent and thereby provides a new way for selecting better and more erenomical sorbent for frnace sorbent injection desulfurization.
