内皮祖细胞迁移与PI3K/Akt信号转导通路 被引量:6

摘要 PI3K/Akt信号转导通路作为细胞内重要信号转导通路之一,通过其上、下游多种效应分子的活化而影响内皮祖细胞迁移,在血管内皮损伤后修复和血管新生过程中起关键作用。该文就PI3K/Akt信号转导通路的上、下游信号通路的激活调节机制及其对内皮祖细胞迁移的影响,作一综述。
