Effect of peer education on improving nurses' humanistic quality

摘要 目的探讨临床护理人文素质教育的新途径。方法采取征文方式选取专科护理、护理操作、心理护理、健康教育等方面的经典案例,利用讲课点评等方式进行专题培训。结果用身边的事教育身边的人,事半功倍,温馨服务氛围悄然形成,微笑服务内涵丰富,患者满意率提高。结论同伴教育是提高临床护理人文素质行之有效的方法之一。 Objective To explore a new approach to humanistic quality education in clinical nursing. Methods Selecting typical cases in specialized nursing,nursing operations,psychological nursing and health education from solicit articles. Based on the selected cases,the training focused on some special topics was provide for nurses by giving lectures and making comments. Results By using the things happening around nurses themselves to educate nurses,an atmosphere of warm services had been formed gradually,which enriched the content of smiling service and increased patient satisfaction. Conclusion Peer education is one of the effective ways to improve nurses' humanistic quality.
