摘要
目的:探讨食管癌多部位DNA含量与临床及病理特性之间的关系。方法:流式细胞光度术检测100例食管癌手术切除新鲜标本的癌、癌旁和断端组织的DNA含量。结果:癌组织DNA非整倍体(AN)、DNA指数(DI)和细胞增殖活性指数(PI)都显著高于癌旁和断端(P<0.05);食管癌AN与肿瘤细胞分化和局部淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。在癌体与癌旁或断端组织间存在DNA倍体异质性(14.8%);切距<5cm的断端组织AN和PI显著高于切距≥5组(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌多部位流式细胞DNA含量的分析在揭示肿瘤恶性生物学行为、指导临床治疗和术后随访具有重要的意义。
: PurPose: To determine the correlation of DNA content with clinicopathologic features of esophageal carcinoma. Methods: DNA content was determined by Flow cytometry on freshly multiple specimens from cancerous tissues,pericancerous and incision margin epithelium fmm 100 patients. Results: DNA aneuploidy (AN), DNA index (DI) and the proliferation index (PI) of cancerous group were significantly higher than those of pericancerous or incision margin group (P <0. 05). AN was found to closely correlate with both tumor cell differetiation and the frequency Of lymph node metastasis (P < 0. 01). of the 27 cases with diploid tumor, 4(14. 8% ) show DNA ploid heterogeneity between cancerous tissue and pericancerous or incision margin tissues. AN and PI in cut distance from tumor margin to incision margin <5 cm group were significantly higher than those in ≥5 cm group (P <0.05). Conclusions: Flow cytometric DNA content analysis on multiple locations of esophageal careinoma is a valued method in determining the highly malignant Potential and detecting clinical therapy and Postoperative surveillance.
