摘要
介绍了根据APISpec 1 6A的要求设计的液压防喷器用剪切闸板 ,确定了设计剪切闸板的目标、方案、结构、剪切力大小的计算、密封结构及密封件的设计 ,根据试验结果推导出了计算剪切力大小的经验公式 。
This article instructs the shear ram of BOP that designed according to API 16A and definite the goal,the plan,the structure,the calculation of the shearing force and the design of seal structure,the formula of shearing force is derived according to the result of test,it offers the basis for the other shear ram's designing.
