摘要
文章通过化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、宏微观断口等分析方法,系统分析了高压水泵轴断裂的原因,表明材料组织夹杂物多,脆性明显,操作中受循环水腐蚀作用,并在退刀槽处产生点蚀坑,致使退刀槽部位产生应力集中,形成疲劳裂纹源,最终主轴在退刀槽部位发生低应力高周疲劳断裂。
By means of chemical composition, mechanical properties,metallographic,macro and micro inspection analysis methods,the failure causes of high-pressure water pump shaft are analyzed systemically.The results show that too much heterogeneous microstructure,high brittleness, and pitting corrosion holes in the stress concentration region cause the fatigue initiation cracking for low stress and high cycle fracture. Based on the causes for the failure of water pump shaft,countermeasures for improvement are put forward to avoid similar early fatigue fracture of high pressure pump shaft.
