摘要
分析了螺旋分级机主轴断裂的原因,提出了用空心轴断裂处内径加衬套的方法进行修复的方案,指出该修复工艺完全满足质量要求,经1年多的使用效果良好。
This paper analyzes on the causes of the fracture of spiral classifi er's Mainshaft, puts forward a renovation scheme of adding a bush at the inner d iameter of the fracture of the hollow shaft, and points out that this renovating technique satisfy the quality requirements completely, and its one-year's serv ice results are good.
