摘要
本文通过化学和物理分析,确认了主轴断裂主要原因是钢材内部存在有尖锐棱角的夹杂物,这种夹杂物不但使应力集中,而且切割了钢材基体,使其疲劳寿命急剧下降,致使塑料机主轴断裂。
Through chemical and physical analysis,the fracture of plastics machine is investigated and it is confirmed that sharp edges inclusions in steel may contribute to the principal axis rupture,for this inclusion not only concentrate stress,but also incise the steel body,and so bring about the fatigue strength sharply descend,and then the principal axis rupture.
