摘要
目的：探讨玻璃体后脱离（ｐｏｓｔｅｒｉｏｒｖｉｔｒｅｏｕｓｄｅｔａｃｈｍｅｎｔ，ＰＶＤ）程度与糖尿病视网膜病变（ｄｉａｂｅｔｉｃｒｅｔｉｎｏｐａｔｈｙ，ＤＲ）病情发展间的关系。方法：根据ＰＶＤ程度将１８３只眼ＤＲ分为完全ＰＶＤ、部分ＰＶＤ及无ＰＶＤ３组，经平均３２个月的治疗，追踪观察其病情及视力变化。结果：完全ＰＶＤ组ＤＲ病情稳定，视力预后较好；部分ＰＶＤ组病情易恶化，视力预后差。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate correlation between posterior vitreous detachment ( PVD ) and diabetic retinopathy ( DR ). METHODS: One hundred and two cases (183 eyes) were divided into complete PVD group, partial PVD group, and no PVD group according to degree of PVD. The follow up of the development of DR and visual acuity were observed during the treating period of an average of 32 months. RESULTS: Condition of DR was stable with better prognosis of visual acuity in the complete PVD group. Condition of DR exacerbated easily with worse prognosis of visual acuity in the partial PVD group. CONCLUSION: The results suggest different degree of PVD affect the prognosis of DR significantly.
