摘要
分别采用反相高效液相色谱法、唾液酸试剂盒法和紫外分光光度法对商品CMP和自制CMP进行了检测,结果表明:采用反相液相色谱法检测CMP误差小,与另外2种方法相比,反相液相色谱法是一种较好的检测CMP方法。
Commercial CMP products and self-separation CMP have been detected respectively by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography,sialic acid kit and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the method for determination of CMP by RP-HPLC had small errors and was a good method compared with the other two methods.
