摘要 职业教育需要培养人的主体性,培养职业认同以及行业归属感,使学习者的学习与人的价值取向统一起来。"红帮"育人模式通过建立以实践为主体的"合资""、合作""、合营"教育体系,建立职业认同和行业归属的教学模式,建立职业认同和行业归属的教育品牌,形成了职业认同和行业归属文化。"红帮"教育模式不仅体现了理想、情感和个人的主动进取精神,而且适应了职业认同和行业归属的需求。 It is necessary to cultivate the subject of people and the sence of career identity and industry belonging in vocational education, so as to integrate the study of the learner with the value orientation of human being. The "Hongbang" educational mode has formed the culture of career identity and industry belonging by establishing educational system of "joint venture", "cooperation" and "joint operation" with practice as its subject, establishing teaching mode of career identity and industry belonging, establishing educational brand of career identity and industry belonging. The "Hongbang" educational mode, with the combination of knowledge teaching, ability cultivating and quality-oriented education, has not only embodied the initiative spirit of ideal, emotion and individuality, but also satisfied the requirement of career identity and industry belonging.
