中药复方海洋岩盘深层水制剂对顺铂致S180荷瘤小鼠胃损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的研究中药复方海洋岩盘深层水制剂(MWCHCP)对抗肿瘤药顺铂致S180荷瘤小鼠胃损伤的保护作用。方法 S180荷瘤小鼠按体质量随机分为低、中、高剂量(1925,3850,7700mg·kg-1)MWCHCP组,模型组(ip顺铂7.33mg.kg-1)和正常对照组。观察MWCHCP灌胃给药对腹腔注射顺铂引起S180小鼠胃损伤的保护作用,计算溃疡指数和溃疡抑制率,测定胃SOD活性和MDA含量。结果与模型组比,MWCHCP中剂量组能显著减轻顺铂引起的S180小鼠胃粘膜损伤;溃疡指数和MDA活性均低于顺铂损伤组(P<0.01,P<0.05);SOD活性显著高于顺铂损伤组(P<0.05)。结论 MWCHCP对顺铂引起的小鼠胃损伤有保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of Minimal Water and Chinese Herbal Compound Preparation(MWCHCP) on gastric lesion induced by cisplatin in sarcoma 180 mice. Methods Sarcoma 180 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. MWCHCP H, MWCHCP M and MWCHCP L group was orally given with MWCHCP at dose of 7700, 3850 and 1925 mg · kg^-1 daily for up to 5 d, respectively. Normal group were given same bulk of distilled water. Acute gastric lesion was induced by cisplatin in sarcoma 180 mice. The ulcer index, ulcer inhibition rate, SOD and MDA were determined. Results Compared with model group, MWCHCP (3850 mg· kg^-1)significantly reduced the ulcer index (P 〈 0. 001 ), MDA activity ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and SOD activity was significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion MWCHCP has protective effect on the gastric lesion induced by cisplatin in S180 mice.
