摘要
目的 探讨藤蟾方对S180 小鼠的抑瘤作用及对P5 3和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)蛋白表达的影响。方法 通过体内实验 ,观察藤蟾方高、中、低剂量对S180 小鼠的抑瘤作用 ,用免疫组化法检测P5 3和PCNA的蛋白表达水平。结果 给药 10d后 ,藤蟾方高、中、低剂量组及 5 -氟脲嘧啶组抑瘤率分别为 2 6 .5 3% ,32 .5 6 % ,18.0 9%和 6 0 .19%。同时各药物组对P5 3和PC NA的表达水平也有不同程度的影响 ,以藤蟾方中剂量组最为明显。结论 藤蟾方对小鼠肉瘤S180 的生长具有抑制作用 ,其机制可能与抑制突变型P5 3和PCNA的蛋白表达有关。
Objective It is to discuss the inhibitory tumour function of Tengchan recipe on S 180rats and the effect on the expression of P53 and PCNA albumen.Methods Different dosages of Tengchan recipe were given to S 180rats and the inhibitory tumour function was observed with endo-experiment. Then the expression levels of P53 and PCNA albumen were measured with PCR.Results After ten days, the inhibiting tumour rates of the groups given with Tengchan recipe were 26 53%, 32.56%, 18.09% and the rate of the group given with 5-FU was 60.19%. The drugs used in the groups all had different degree effects on the expression of P53 and PCNA, especially in middling dosage of Tengchan recipe group.Conclusion Tengchan recipe can inhibit the tumour growing of S 180rat. The mechanism maybe due to inhibiting the expression of P53 and PCNA.
