摘要
从系统工程角度分析了在经营管理领域中推行信息化的特点以及过去的经验教训。提出在全球信息化的大潮中，要想使信息技术的应用在管理中收到实效，必须和当前管理变革相结合。文中列举了管理思想、管理模式、管理方法的一些新的变革以及信息化在其中的作用。提出了一些有待研究的课题。
The experiences and lessons of the applications of information technology in management are studied from the system point of view.For the rational future development, the application of information technology must fulfill the requirements of management innovation and fused into management processes.
