摘要
研究了饲料中添加不同水平黄霉素(2、4、6和8mg/kg)对黄河鲤鱼生长性能和体成分的影响。结果表明:试验组饵料系数低于对照组;试验组黄河鲤鱼的生物学综合评价高于对照组,其中添加6mg/kg黄霉素的试验组黄河鲤鱼的生物学综合评价最好;全鱼水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和灰分含量组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。
The effects of different levels of flavomycin supplements (2, 4, 6 and 8 mg/kg) on growth performance and body composition of cyprinus carpios in Yellow River were investigated. Each test diet was applied for duple tanks and 20 fishes were stocked randomly in each tank. Every group was fed 4 times every day. The fishes were reared and collectively weighed every week. Daily rations were adjusted accordingly. The results showed: Feed coefficients in the experimental groups were lower than that in the control group ; the biological overall evaluations in the experimental groups were higher than that in the control group, of which the biological overall evaluation in the experimental group fed on diets with 6 mg/kg flayomycin was the best; no significant differences of moisture, crude protein, crude lipid and ash in whole body were observed among the treatments(P 〉0.05).
