摘要
研究了降解作物秸杆纤维素菌株分离筛选方法。菌株初筛以刚果红纤维素粉琼脂为主,辅以滤纸条培养基,再经过以稻草或玉米秸为主的发酵培养基复筛,初步得到较高酶活菌株2株。其CMC酶活为7385.3μ,FP酶活为348.
The screening method of cellulolytic strains of decomposing strian were studied. The initial screening medium of strain were congo red cellulose agar medium, in combination with filter paper medium. By means of fermenting test in rice straw or corn straw. Two strains of heperproductive cellulase were obtaineel, CMC of enzymatic activity:7385.3 u,FP of enzymatic activity: 348.8 u.
