摘要
分别采用紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、电位滴定法对氟甲砜霉素注射液进行分析方法研究,建立了紫外分光光度法及高效液相色谱法测定氟甲砜霉素含量的分析方法。该方法操作简单,快速,准确,重现性良好,适用于氟甲砜霉素注射液含量的快速检测。
The explorations of ultraviolet spectrophoto-metry, high performance liguid chromatography and po- tentionmetric titration for analysis of florfenical injection solution were respectively carried out, and the experi- ment results showed that ultraviolet speetrophoto-metry and high performance liguid chromatography was suit- able for determination of the injection solution.
