摘要
阐述用旋转式增量光电编码器改进弹簧重力仪的机械读数系统,把仪器传感器弹簧的线位移转换成角位移并以电脉冲的信号形式提供给计数器进行测量的基本原理;系统用MCS-51单片机作为计数和控制单元,并配备外部数据存储器、数码显示、键盘、串行通信口等,使该仪器具备自动记录、保存和自回放数据的功能。改造后的仪器能大幅度提高工作效率。
Describes how to improve the reader of spring gravimeter with photoelectric encoder that converts linearity displacement of spring in gravimeter into angle displacement and outputs electric pulses to a counter. Using a single chip microcomputer as counter and controller of the system, it makes the gravimeter have new function that can auto write, auto save and transmit data. It can advance the work efficiency.
