摘要
介绍一种用激光扫描技术进行角度精密测量的系统,该系统利用直角棱镜在激光扫描时能将转角转换为线性位移的测量原理,用CCD器件测出扫描光的线位移,也就可测出角度变化的大小,从而实现转角精密测量,具有测量范围大、精度高,数字化的特点。
A system that measures angle accurately by a technology of laser scanning is introduced. With measuring principle that rectangular prism can convert the angle into the linear displacement by laser scanning. We can measure the linear displacement of scanning light with CCD and get the value of angle change. So, measuring the turning angle accuratel.y can be realized.This method has following advantages: large measuring scope, high accuracy, digitalzation.
