摘要
论述了振动法测量钢筋的预应力的新方法 ,振动触及压电陶瓷传感器产生的电信号 ,通过双稳态触发振荡电路 ,经放大后启动钢筋自由振动 .根据弦线振动频率和所受张力之间的关系 ,测量出不同型号不同长度的各类钢筋的频率 。
A new way of measuring the pre stressed force of the reinforced bar is discussed in this paper. The advantage of this method is non destruction with the oscillation measurement. Triggering off the free oscillation of the reinforced bar by amplifying the triggering signal of the piezoelectric ceramic sensor by the emitter coupled oscillation circuit, we have measured the oscillation frequency of various reinforced bars, and then we can calculate the magnitude of the corresponding pre stressing force according to the relation of the oscillation frequency and tension of the string.
